Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: London  
Salary: £28k DOE

Are you passionate about IT support and proficient in using Active Directory and the Microsoft Tech Stack? We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst to start in a fantastic role based in Warrington. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional IT support to employees, ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to employees, resolving IT issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Utilize Active Directory and the Microsoft Tech Stack to troubleshoot and resolve user account issues, email problems, and software configuration errors.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals and teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with IT-related projects, including software deployments, system upgrades, and hardware installations.
  • Offer excellent customer service, ensuring a positive user experience for all employees.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Tech Stack, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate would be an advantage.
