A leading MSP with a strong reputation for providing top-notch IT solutions to a diverse range of clients is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team. As a Service Desk Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT environments and maintaining their satisfaction through timely and effective technical support.

Responsibilities: 
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft technologies, particularly Windows 10.
  • Utilize your expertise in the Microsoft tech stack to assist clients with their IT challenges.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling antivirus solutions, Hyper-V virtualization, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document support interactions and solutions for future reference.
Requirements: 
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, with a strong focus on Windows 10.
  • In-depth knowledge of antivirus solutions and their implementation.
  • Experience with Hyper-V virtualization and its management.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task simplification.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively assist clients and collaborate within the team.
