IT Support Engineer
Thame (1 Day from home)

£30-35k (DOE) & Excellent Benefits
Digital Waffle is working in partnership with an exciting and growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and self-motivated IT Support Analyst.
Job Purpose:
You’ll be working within a fast-paced Service Desk environment, taking ownership of escalated and complex ticket queries and providing direct telephone-based support to staff as necessary.

To be successful in this role you must have experience in the following:
  • Previously worked on a service desk (2nd line)
  • You will have 3-5 years of experience within an IT Helpdesk/IT Service support
  • Experience in handling complex technical issues/queries would be advantageous
  • You will provide a consistent excellent customer experience and high-quality IT support
