Digital Waffle has partnered with a market-leading Managed Service Provider based in Birmingham.
This MSP has recently undergone massive growth and is looking to continue this growth with the addition of a field engineer to work with its ever-expanding list of clients.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have the following : 

  • Working in high-volume ticketing environments
  • Previous experience working within the MSP industry
  • M365 support and troubleshooting
  • Skilled in Networking troubleshooting/installation/VLANs etc
  • Hyper-V configuration/troubleshooting desirable 
  • SonicWall desired
  • Powershell desired
