My client is a data-driven, results, and ROI-focused digital marketing agency, looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their growing team! Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Growth and Management: Develop my clients social media presence in a strategic manner, showcasing our track record of successfully acquiring and growing social media followings (Linkedin, YouTube, etc.).
  • Development of Growth Strategies: Formulate and carry out all-encompassing growth strategies while preserving brand coherence across all media.
  • Event and Podcast Management: Take the lead in planning events and podcasts that highlight the lively nature of our brand.
  • Lead Generation: Produce leads by utilising marketing strategies including social media, content, email, and event marketing. This will help the agency expand.
  • Market Analysis: To understand industry trends and inform strategies, do in-depth market research.
  • Campaign Management: Manage marketing initiatives using a variety of platforms, making sure they are in line with company goals and brand standards.
  • Analyse campaign performance: and use the results to inform future strategy optimisation
  • Collaborative Projects: Join our enthusiastic team and help us cultivate a supportive and creative culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven Branding Expertise: knowledge of managing social media, producing quality leads, and raising brand recognition.
  • Educational Requirements: While not required, a degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is desired.
  • Strong aptitude in SEO, SEM, SMM, and other digital and traditional marketing channels are examples of digital marketing skills.
  • Brand Ambassador: Happy to lead our marketing efforts as our brand ambassador. Videos, podcasts, blogs, events, etc.
  • Thinking with both creativity and analysis: a fusion of analytical skill and creative flair.
  • Superb Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • Organisational Skills: Capability of precisely and effectively overseeing several initiatives.
  • Demonstrated Results: Must have a track record of growing leads for B2B companies or agencies, as well as followers and subscribers to social media accounts and newsletters.
  • Agency experience is preferable 

Salary - Up to £43K
London - (hybrid)
