In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining our secure and reliable network infrastructure.
- Monitoring network performance and proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of our data, complying with industry best practices and legal regulations.
- Providing technical support to attorneys and staff, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and offering user training.
- Working with vendors to maintain and upgrade network equipment and software.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and security threats.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Manager or similar role.
- Proven expertise in network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security principles.
- Certifications eg CCNA, CCNP are desirable.
- Experience working on Meraki networks.
- Strong understanding of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data encryption techniques.
- Experience working with Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with legal professionals of all levels.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
