Job description

A rapidly expanding performance marketing and web design agency that works with well-known companies and innovative startups worldwide in the direct-to-consumer sector.

In your role as a Paid Social Manager, you'll be in charge of using active campaign management across a variety of paid social channels to help clients take advantage of digital growth prospects. Along with concentrating on developing connections, you'll be proactive in seeking out fresh prospects through internal services.

Role Requirements:
Note that this is a technical position and that you must have prior expertise creating, developing, and managing paid social media campaigns.

  • Establishing Meta ad campaigns while making sure that the campaign and ad structure are effective and carrying out target audience analysis
  • Researching, producing, and writing effective ad text for targeted advertisements
  • Utilising audience targeting, bid and budget management, structure optimisation, and ad optimisation in tandem to manage and optimise campaigns
  • Analysing data and offering suggestions to enhance marketing performance; giving the customer weekly status reports
  • Writing reports and assessing the success of campaigns.

Platform expertise:
  • Ads on TikTok (desired); LinkedIn (desired); and Meta (mandatory).

Required experience:
  • Four years minimum of experience managing accounts or running meta advertisements
  • Outstanding communicator with a dynamic approach to problems
  • Thrilled with a dynamic organisation

Location - Solihull (hybrid)

depending on experience, between £30,000 to £42,000; adjustable work schedule; monthly wellness benefit; 28 days of vacation time plus bank holidays
