Performance Marketing Manager

The performance marketing manager will lead across paid media strategies, including planning and implementation and strategizing of all paid media channels, which include PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, and programmatic display.
This role requires a really strong commercial understanding, as well as the ability to lead a team. You will also have the required skills to help protect, grow and generate new profit streams for the agency.
Location: Warwickshire

- The ability to conceive and implement first-class performance marketing strategies
- At least three years experience in a similar role
- Happy to lead the paid media strategy, including all channels set out above
- The confidence to manage the daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to CPA/CPL
- Management experience, with the will to oversee performance accounts, and the performance of your team
- Experience in campaign performance reporting, including written word and insights for clients and internal stakeholders
- Capable of refining the processes within the paid media team, ensuring these are strong
- Delivering paid media presentations to clients and stakeholders when required
- Relevant experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin ads, Tiktok ads, Pinterest ads and Twitter Ads, as well as Amazon and other affiliate networks
- An understanding of Google Tag Manager would be beneficial
