Performance Marketing Manager
Job description
A global wellness company, with offices throughout the UK, is on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the team and drive forward the 2024 paid strategy.
If you want to work for a household name, work on exciting campaigns and manage a small team, then this role if for you. You will be well-versed across the entire performance spectrum including Paid Search and Affiliate Marketing.
Location: Coventry (hybrid 1-2 days per week)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

- Alongside the Head of Performance Marketing, take ownership of their paid search account, aiming to make sure the paid search processes are optimised for the best result
- Happy to support the build of the paid search process that helps to change their understanding of paid search
- Confidence working on an app acquisition roadmap with a focus on improving greater app revenue share of the digital recede currently generated
- Capable of identifying emerging trends and opportunities that align with the strategic plan of the company
- Able to ensure that and partners and agencies deliver on the pre-defined KPI’s
- Experience managing huge budgets, upwards of £5 million annually
- Happy to take full ownership and delivery of performance marketing roadmaps
- Previous experience leading a team would be a huge plus (no matter the size of the team)
- Confident in developing the affiliate marketing strategy to build better partnerships with key affiliates
- Use of key software including Google Analytics (GA4 is preferable) as well as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Microsoft Excel, and more
