Job description

I am now recruiting for an enthusiastic, hands-on, part-time Performance Marketing Manager to join an energetic, people-first agency based in Farringdon, London.

After a period of growth, this agency is looking to expand their current team, and so, they’re on the lookout for an Amazon Advertising specialist in the form of a performance marketing manager. If you have demonstrable experience building and optimising sponsored adverting (especially Amazon DSP) as well as the ability to review performance data across brand, category and market, then keep reading as this may be the role for you.
Location: Farringdon (hybrid)
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, willing to work part time
  • Clear experience working with Amazon DSP
  • Confident in analysing market trends, making weekly recommendations and strategy plans for these trends
  • A confident communicator, happy to create and then present slides to key clients twice a week, explaining any changes in performance that have been both positive and negative, coupled with next-step initiatives to amplify or remediate
  • Happy to work with 3rd party agency on DSP spend, reviewing performance, requesting IOs and steering them as required
  • The ability to oversee budget spend on a weekly basis reworking budget plan as required based on surplus/deficit or changing priorities
  • A strong, clear knack for analytics, with the ability to interpret and analyse data from multiple sources to inform decision-making and make recommendations on investment
Ultimately, in this role the agency is looking for someone who is passionate about campaign performance, is up to date with Amazon advertising trends and is not afraid to present perfectly put-together reports on strategy.
So what do you get in return? A tonne of great benefits including 25 days of holiday (pro-rata), plus three extra days at Christmas, private healthcare, a gym membership, recognition awards and social Thursdays!
If you feel that this is you, and you are looking for a part time role in a company that cares, then email me sophie@digitalwaffle.co or apply via the link.
