My client is a creative marketing agency with an amazing culture seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring the successful implementation of digital marketing strategies, and driving the overall success of digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues.
- Work closely with clients to define digital marketing goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive digital strategies that align with client objectives, understanding a mix of channels such as social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and more.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and technical teams, to ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools and analytics platforms.
- Provide clients with regular reports and insights, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns are cost-efficient and deliver maximum ROI.
- Work with clients to allocate budgets across various digital channels based on performance and goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools, including analytics platforms, project management tools, and CRM systems.
