Our client, a forward-thinking ecommerce company is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior IT Support Analyst to join their team! As a key member of the IT department, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support, utilizing the entire Microsoft tech stack, including Azure, and proficiency in managing Mac OSX 11 to 13.

Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Tech Stack Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the complete Microsoft tech stack, with a focus on Azure services, to ensure seamless operations within our IT infrastructure.
- Mac OSX Management: Demonstrate proficiency in supporting Mac OSX versions 11 to 13, providing a well-rounded IT support experience across diverse operating systems.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Implement and manage MDM solutions to ensure efficient and secure operation of mobile devices within the organisation.
- Ticketing Experience: Utilise your strong ticketing system skills to streamline issue resolution processes and maintain accurate records of support activities.
- Antivirus Software Management: Leverage your expertise in managing antivirus software, particularly Microsoft Defender, to safeguard our systems against potential threats.
- 3rd Line Support: Bring your experience in 3rd Line support to effectively address complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
- Team Management: Showcase your leadership skills by managing a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the team's overall success.
- Hardware and Software Support: Provide comprehensive support for both hardware and software-related issues, contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT operations.
- Proven experience in IT support up to 3rd line, with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and Azure services.
- Proficiency in managing Mac OSX versions 11 to 13.
- Expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with ticketing systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with antivirus software, particularly Microsoft Defender.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
