Senior Support Analyst

Job Title: Senior Support Analyst
Location: Lichfield (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are working with a leading care home provider looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join their growing team. As a Support Analyst, you will provide support to users across the company's multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Infrastructure Manager
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, email, and remote access
• Prioritize and manage incidents and service requests within established SLAs
• Visit sites as & when required
• Document and maintain incident logs and knowledge articles
• Assist with hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Provide training to users on company systems and software

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar IT support role, ideally in a multi-site environment
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365
• Network configuration and troubleshooting
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents and service requests
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices is desirable
