Role Overview:
As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of software development projects. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring end-to-end delivery and leveraging agile methodologies to maximize efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Translate product requirements into clear and actionable user stories, epics, and technical specifications.

• Prioritize product backlog based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Conduct regular sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives to optimize team productivity.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role within a software development environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with end-to-end delivery of software products, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid organizational and project management skills.
• A self-starter with a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
