In this role, you will leverage the power of data to drive efficiency, improve project outcomes, and unlock new possibilities within the AEC industry.What you'll do:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and business challenges.Design, develop, and implement data collection, cleaning, and transformation pipelines.Develop and apply machine learning models to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights.Analyse data and create compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Stay up-to-date on the latest data science trends and technologies.Participate in the development and improvement of data science methodologies within the company.Experience:Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or) PhD (preferred but not required).Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.Strong programming skills in Python (including libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and experience with SQL databases.Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.A thirst for knowledge and a passion for applying data science to solve real-world problems.If you are a passionate and talented Data Scientist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, please apply here!

You will play a key role in defining the roadmap for our AI applications, ensuring they deliver real-world impact on fashion's environmental footprint.What You'll Do:Develop and implement a strategic vision for utilizing machine learning and computer vision in sustainable fashion applications.Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of a high-performing machine learning team.Collaborate with designers, engineers, and sustainability experts to identify opportunities and translate them into technical requirements.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models using computer vision for tasks like material identification, garment analysis, and production optimization.Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team.Represent the team and the company at industry conferences and events.Manage budgets and resources effectively.What You Bring:PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and deploying impactful machine learning models in production environments.In-depth knowledge of computer vision techniques and their applications within the fashion industry (a plus).Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team.Fluency in French and English is a strong plus.If you are a visionary leader with a deep understanding of machine learning and computer vision, and a passion for sustainability, please apply here!
