Senior Paid Media Manager - SEA, Performance Marketing - Berlin

A globally active performance marketing agency in Berlin need a Senior Paid Media Manager to join their expanding team. They are experts in creating data-driven, scalable strategies across SEA, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display Advertising.
As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will take the lead in developing and managing SEA and performance marketing campaigns for an exciting portfolio of high-caliber clients. Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you'll collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, ROI-driven digital strategies.

Skills and experiences needed for the role:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on SEA.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and the Google Marketing Platform.
• Proven success in managing and scaling campaigns with large budgets (€200k+/month).
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.
• Fluency in German (C1+/native) and strong command of English.
• Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and paid social advertising is a plus.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to deliver both short-term performance and long-term brand value.
