Digital Account Executive

A global presentations and communications agency, certified as a "Great Place To Work" and famed for its creative work with international high growth enterprises, is on the hunt for an Adobe Operations Executive to join the team, working to provide assistance on the Adobe account via the coordination of complex projects, management of operational tasks and the ownership of small-scale project delivery.
If you have at least two years of experience working within a creative/marketing agency, the ability to work on multiple projects at once and experience communicating effectively with clients, then this role may be the one for you.
Location: Leicester (Three days per week onsite)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Requirements
- At least two years experience in a coordination, admin or deliver support position,
ideally within a creative or marketing agency
- Able to confidently manage operational tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, resourcing and administrative needs
- Demonstrable experience working at pace whilst managing multiple deadlines
- Willing to take ownership of small scale project delivery, including briefings and client updates
- A self starter with the ability to solve problems rather than escalating them
- Capable of communicating clearly, ensuring both clients and the internal team have a strong comprehension of requirements
- Experience with the use of relevant tech, including Scoro, Monday, Smartsheet or similar would be preferable.
