Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Technician
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + Benefits

Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in, or exposure to, the following:
- IT support experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Windows Server (2016-2025)
- Windows 10 & 11
- macOS
- GPO, DNS & DHCP
- Microsoft Exchange Online and Office 365
- Active Directory
- Hyper-V / VMware
- Firewalls, VPN implementation and configuration
- Sophos AV and Endpoint Encryption
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Office (2010-2016)
- Knowledge of Linux systems (desirable)
About You
- Personable, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage your own workload effectively
- Confident working both remotely and on-site with clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' IT support experience (or equivalent capability)
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car (site visits required; mileage reimbursed)
