Senior Mobile Product Manager
Senior Mobile Product Manager - Remote
$100-120k per annum (depending on experience)
A leading subscription-based D2C business is in need of an experienced Product Manager and individual contributor to lead the vision and execution of a mobile app that serves as a core revenue driver and primary customer. This is not a maintenance or parity-focused role-you'll be at the forefront of mobile innovation, shaping native experiences and deepening user engagement across iOS and Android platforms.
Responsibilities:
-
Define and own the product vision and roadmap through the lens of a mobile-native experience.
-
Drive the full product lifecycle: ideation → discovery → delivery → measurement → iteration.
-
Lead mobile-centric initiatives leveraging push notifications, widgets, deep links, device sensors, and personalization.
-
Use data tools (Mixpanel, GA4, etc.), user sessions, and usability tests to optimize UX.
-
Serve as the Product Owner for a dedicated mobile development team
-
Write detailed user stories, manage the product backlog, and lead Agile ceremonies.
-
Own app-specific performance metrics such as D30/D90 retention, engagement, and key economic KPIs.
-
Align with teams across web, retention, CX, marketing, and operations to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
Skills and experience:
-
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 7 years focused on mobile apps.
-
Proven success in driving measurable business impact (e.g., retention, LTV) through native mobile features.
-
Experience in subscription-based B2C products is essential (ideally from a subscription-based company)
-
Deep understanding of iOS/Android development lifecycle, app release management, and platform capabilities.
-
Strong fluency in analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, etc.) and experimentation practices.
-
Comfortable navigating mobile-specific considerations like biometric authentication, push infra, app tracking policies, etc.
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing.
-
Familiarity with applying AI/ML in ways that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
