Senior Estimator - Stonework & High-End Interiors
We're seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a leading company delivering luxury stonework and interior projects across residential and commercial sectors.
What you'll do:

• 
  Prepare accurate estimates from drawings/CAD
• 
  Price projects including worktops, bathrooms, vanities & bespoke stonework
• 
  Manage take-offs, procurement, and tender submissions
• 
  Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients
• 
  Use estimating software (CostX, Bluebeam or similar)

What we're looking for:

• 
  Proven experience in estimating (stonework, interiors, joinery, or construction)
• 
  Strong knowledge of stone, quartz & solid surfaces
• 
  Confident with CAD & estimating software
• 
  Excellent negotiation and attention to detail
