Client Manager

Digital Waffle has partnered with a rapidly expanding marketing agency to find a seasoned Client Manager.

As a Client Manager, you will play a key role in driving client success and delivering outstanding work. Acting as the main point of contact, you'll manage day-to-day planning, organisation, and execution of client projects.

Salary - Up to £55,000
Location - London (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client relationships, including regular updates, value reporting, and ongoing communication to ensure strong and trusted partnerships.
• Support internal teams by preparing briefs, leading briefings, reviewing work in progress, and presenting outputs clearly and effectively to clients.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all deliverables, whether by originating your own work or reviewing and refining outputs from other teams before sharing.
• Work closely with the Client Director on client strategy, supporting the preparation and delivery of QBRs, renewal planning, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to business development activities, including shaping proposals, participating in pitches, and supporting the onboarding of new clients.
• Oversee the administrative and financial management of accounts, ensuring accurate records, up-to-date commercial data, and well-maintained client information.

Requirements:

• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of agency models and account management best practices
• Experienced in research and insight gathering to inform strategy and strengthen client relationships
• 5+ years' marketing expertise, with solid understanding of planning and channel
• Analytical thinker, able to review data, identify key points, and challenge assumptions
• 3-5 years' client services agency experience (desirable)]
• Strategic mindset with ability to shape and guide client work
