Client Director
Digital Waffle has partnered with a rapidly expanding marketing agency to find a seasoned Client Director.
As a Client Director, you will play a key role in driving the agency's growth. Working within the Growth Team, your focus will be on maximising revenue opportunities, delivering outstanding results for clients, and leading high-performing teams to ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and impactful outcomes.
Salary - Up to £85k

Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: You will take charge of analyzing situations and developing strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Commercial Acumen: You will oversee account and budget management, ensuring adherence to financial best practices.
- Data-Driven Analysis: By reviewing client briefs and relevant data, you will assess situations and provide clear, actionable recommendations aimed at driving success.
- Marketing Expertise: Drawing on your deep knowledge of marketing channels and planning, you will create tailored strategies that effectively meet client needs.
- Pitch Leadership: Your extensive experience in pitching and securing business will allow you to lead pitch teams and engage clients throughout the entire process, ensuring compelling presentations and successful outcomes.
- Strategy Development: You will craft high-impact, comprehensive marketing and brand strategies that directly address client needs and goals, clearly communicating these strategies to the team and clients.
- Insightful Research: You'll conduct thorough research, distill key insights, and communicate them effectively to guide strategic decisions.
- Client Relationship Management: You will manage large-scale client accounts, including those with agency budgets of £1m+, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term, productive relationships.
