Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 per year

The role:

We're looking for a talented IT Support professional to join a dynamic team. This role combines hands-on IT support with software development, offering a unique opportunity to work across both infrastructure and proprietary applications.

What you'll do:

• Provide general IT support, including setting up Windows PCs/laptops and installing software.
• Deliver basic training on company-wide systems.
• Collaborate with external IT support to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and upgrade servers, as well as customer devices.
• Develop, improve, and maintain in-house software applications, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Build reports, manage data, and implement system improvements.
• Review and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Maintain DevOps workflow and log/update bugs or change requests.
• Manage expense and data systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting and regulatory requirements.

Technical skills:

• C# (minimum 1 year)
• .NET 7 / 8, .NET Framework, WinForms
• T-SQL & SSRS
• Entity Framework / EF Core
• IIS, Azure DevOps / Git
• Xamarin, ASP.NET
