Head of Marketing
A community-based company, famed for creating unforgettable experiences for families, is on the hunt for a Head of Marketing, working to build a cohesive brand, drive growth, and maximise revenue.
The right candidate will be a dynamic marketer with the ability to run campaigns across multiple channels, including website, social, and email.
Location: Solihull (three days in office)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
- At least five years' worth of experience within a multi-channel marketing role
- Experience within a sports, entertainment, consumer or lifestyle brand would be preferable
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
- Previous experience leading teams and managing marketing agencies is required
- Able to deliver high-profile branding and partnership campaigns with major organisations
- The ability to manage marketing budgets successfully, ensuring ROI and efficiency
- Happy to work closely with major commercial partners (household names) to create and deliver joint campaigns
