QA Lead

Job Title: QA Lead

Location: Central London (UK based hybrid working. 4 Days onsite, 1 day working from home)

Salary: £60k

We're hiring for a QA Lead to join a Digital Agency based company in Central London. For this role we need someone who has experience leading a small team of QAs but who is also happy to get stuck in and be very hands on themselves with automated and manual testing.

Role and responsibilities:

• Manual QA tasks

• Leading and mentoring a team of 3-4 engineers

• Creating and developing test and release plans

• Testing both Desktop and web based applications

Requirements:

• Experience leading a QA team

• 7+ years working with quality assurance and software testing

• Collaborative skills working with other Senior members of the team - CPO, CTO and Head of Engineering

• Able to commute to the London based office 4 days a week
