Digital Waffle has partnered with a rapidly expanding marketing agency to find a seasoned Senior Social Media Manager.

As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will lead the delivery and development of social media services, managing multi-channel client projects, driving strategic excellence, and supporting new business pitches-working closely with senior leaders to deliver innovative, trend-informed campaigns.

Salary - Up to £60,000
Location - London (hybrid)

Requirements:

• Social Media Strategy & Execution - Proven experience in designing and delivering world-class social media strategies that blend creativity with data-driven insights.
• Platform Expertise - In-depth working knowledge of key social media platforms and the tools used to manage and run effective campaigns.
• Reporting & Analytics - Ability to create clear, insightful reports and metrics that demonstrate value and confidently present campaign impact to clients.
• Commercial Awareness - Strong financial acumen, with a solid understanding of the agency model and best practices in account financial management.
• Industry Reputation - A well-established reputation within the industry, with a strong personal brand, a robust professional network, and a habit of sharing informed perspectives on social media beyond your core role.
• Public Speaking - Experience presenting at industry events or conferences.
