CRM & Loyalty Lead
A community-based company, famed for creating unforgettable experiences for families, is on the hunt for a CRM & Loyalty Lead, working to develop data-driven email, loyalty, and partnership campaigns.
The right candidate will be a strategic marketer with the ability to combine their CRM expertise with customer insight, creative thinking, and relationship building.
Location: Solihull (three days in office)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
- At least three years' worth of experience in a CRM and Loyalty role, ideally within a marketing agency or a high-performing consumer/partnerships company
- A strong understanding of CRM Systems, automation tools, and customer data platforms
- Proven experience executing successful customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
- First-class analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data and translate it into actionable insights
- Happy to define and deliver the CRM strategy across ticketing, membership, and discovery
- Able to build and enhance loyalty initiatives that increase customer lifetime value
