SEO Team Lead

A community-based company, famed for creating unforgettable experiences for families, is on the hunt for an SEO Lead, working to lead on the strategy, execution, and optimisation of the business's search presence.

The right candidate will be an SEO expert, able to create a clear-cut SEO strategy, whilst working with developers to deliver continuous technical improvements across the websites.

Location: Solihull (three days in office)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

• At least three years of experience in an SEO focused position, ideally with an entertainment, leisure, or marketing-focused business
• An in-depth understanding of both technical SEO and content optimisation is required
• Previous use of relevant tech, including Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and more
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience of translating data into action
• Happy to act as the SEO expert within the organisation
• Able to work cross-team to ensure SEO is fully integrated across all relevant channels
• Capable of leading technical improvements and audits across site architecture, indexing, and page performance
