Senior SEO Specialist

My client are a Berlin-based performance marketing agency, delivers data-driven SEO, SEA, Paid Social, and Programmatic results for exciting brands. They are seeking a Senior SEO Consultant with the ability to lead SEO projects and advise clients confidently to join their growing team.

Salary - Up to €80,000

Location - Berlin (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Run full SEO audits and build data-driven strategies.
• Handle technical SEO fixes (crawling, indexing, speed, structured data, CWV).
• Optimise on-page content, metadata, and UX.
• Lead content strategy (keywords, clusters, search intent).
• Manage link-building, digital PR, and local SEO.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and adjust plans.

Client-Facing

• Serve as the lead SEO consultant in meetings.
• Explain complex topics clearly and provide actionable insights.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Deliver performance and ROI reports.

Requirements

• 7+ years SEO experience.
• C1 German + C1 English.
• Strong technical, on-page, content, and off-page SEO skills.
• Solid analytics background; SQL is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise/e-com/international SEO preferred.
