Job Title: Digital Adoption Co-Ordinator
Salary: £35-£40k
Location: London - Hybrid working (Initially 2 days onsite, then after the probation period moving down to 1)
Role
To drive company wide use of existing and new workplace tools across the organisation. This includes 365, Copilot, and other Microsoft- based platforms. Supporting training and guidance for users at all levels while fostering an active community of practice.
Key Responsibilities
- To create and update user-friendly guides and landing pages for onboarding and ongoing use of digital tools.
- Align content with user and business needs in collaboration with the Community Team and Managers
- Refreshing community sites with regular updates
- To carry out training session with teams of all levels across the company
Skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and related platforms
- Collaborative, with excellent communication skills
- Personable and enthusiastic nature
- Previous experience in a similar adoption or training role
