Privileged Access Management Architect (CyberArk/Delinea)

Senior PAM Engineer / PAM Architect (Fully Remote)

My Client is looking for a Senior PAM Engineer or PAM Architect to join their Identity & Access Management team. This role focuses on delivering and optimising Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for enterprise clients, working across the full project lifecycle in a consultative, client-facing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Delinea, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust. Experience with IGA tools (e.g. SailPoint) and wider IAM technologies is highly desirable.
The role is available at Senior Engineer or Architect level, depending on experience, with the Architect role taking ownership of solution design, technical leadership, and delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design and implement PAM solutions across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments
• 
  Deliver privileged access controls including vaulting, session management, and monitoring
• 
  Integrate PAM platforms with AD/Entra ID, LDAP, HR systems, and ServiceNow
• 
  Support IAM initiatives such as SSO, MFA, and passwordless authentication
• 
  Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and produce technical documentation
• 
  Mentor junior engineers and resolve complex PAM/IAM issues

Skills & Experience

Senior Engineer

• 
  3-5 years' experience delivering PAM solutions
• 
  Strong hands-on expertise with Delinea, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust
• 
  Good understanding of IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, Entra ID, SAML, OAuth)
• 
  Scripting and API integration experience (PowerShell, REST, SCIM)

Architect

• 
  5+ years' PAM experience with proven solution architecture and technical leadership
• 
  Experience designing scalable, secure PAM architectures and overseeing delivery

Package

• 
  Salary up to £100,000 + bonus
• 
  Fully remote
