Workflow Developer
Location: Crawley (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £55,000
Type: Permanent

A leading professional services organisation is seeking a Workflow Developer to join its National Technology team. You'll work with developers and product owners to build and improve workflows within a bespoke enterprise financial system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure business workflows
  • Create efficient, user-friendly forms and pages
  • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow/technical issues
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure solutions meet technical and architectural standards



About You:

  • Some programming/scripting experience (e.g. VBA, JavaScript, Python, C#, SQL, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work proactively with limited supervision
  • Good understanding of how system modules connect
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams
