Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager
Location: Nottingham, UK (1 Day In Office Per Week)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus

The Opportunity
An established, fast-growing global technology business is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead and evolve its regulatory compliance function within the telecommunications space.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring products, services, and operations meet all relevant regulatory, legal, and industry requirements across multiple international markets. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies, helping to mitigate risk while supporting business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure telecommunications products, services, and operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a global regulatory compliance framework.
• Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities, managing communications, enquiries, and submissions.
• Monitor regulatory changes, analyse potential business impact, and provide clear guidance to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver regulatory compliance strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Support new product launches, market expansion, and strategic initiatives from a regulatory perspective.
• Identify regulatory risks, compliance gaps, and mitigation strategies to ensure ongoing adherence.
• Represent the business in regulatory discussions, industry forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Influence regulatory outcomes and contribute to shaping industry standards where appropriate.

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of telecommunications regulations, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with regulators and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience interpreting regulatory guidance.
• Proven ability to assess regulatory risk and implement effective compliance solutions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance regulatory requirements and business priorities.
• Confident stakeholder manager, able to build relationships and influence decision-making.
• Adaptable and comfortable operating in a changing regulatory and commercial environment.
