IT Systems Administrator

Location: Kenilworth
Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 per year

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will maintain and enhance the performance, security, and reliability of IT systems and network infrastructure. You will work with modern systems, cloud platforms, and provide support across Azure-based environments, Active Directory/MS Entra, DNS, DHCP, security, backups, disaster recovery, email, and general network performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support IT infrastructure, including cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DaaS)
• Maintain and monitor network performance and security
• Provide first-line support for users and collaborate with external service providers
• Manage Azure, Intune, and Cisco Meraki environments
• Ensure systems are updated, secure, and operating efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in systems administration and server maintenance
• Experience supporting Azure-based environments and network infrastructure
• Experience with Active Directory and/or MS Entra and cloud services
• CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure certification, or equivalent (obtained/refreshed in the last three
  years)
• Experience with Cisco Meraki is desirable
