A fast-growing AI and technology business is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to drive go-to-market strategy and execution across a product-led environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to take products to market and is highly proficient with modern AI tools. The role places a strong emphasis on using Clay for data enrichment, segmentation and outreach workflows, alongside expert use of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
Salary: Up to £60,000
Location: Fully remote, UK based
What you'll be doing:
- Own go-to-market strategy across product launches and feature releases
- Use Clay to build, enrich and segment target audiences for campaigns
- Design and execute outbound and inbound GTM campaigns using AI-driven workflows
- Develop positioning, messaging and value propositions for different audiences
- Work closely with product, sales and leadership to align GTM plans with business goals
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to scale content, research and campaign execution
- Analyse performance and continuously optimise campaigns and messaging
- Support content creation across web, social and sales enablement materials
What you'll need:
- Strong experience in a GTM, product marketing or growth marketing role
- Hands-on experience using Clay for data workflows, enrichment or outreach
- Expert user of at least one of Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini
- Strong understanding of how to launch and scale digital or SaaS products
- Ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and commercial teams
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
