A growing and well-established IT services provider is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop a career in IT within a supportive, people-focused environment.
The Role
You'll be involved in a wide range of IT support activities, working with a varied client base. Responsibilities will span from 1st line support through to project work, giving you exposure to different technologies and the chance to grow your technical expertise.
This is a hands-on role where both technical ability and strong communication skills are key. You'll be supporting users directly, troubleshooting issues, and helping deliver high-quality IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to clients
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with IT projects and system implementations
- Deliver excellent customer service and user support
- Occasionally visit client sites when required
About You
- Genuine interest in IT and a strong desire to learn
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
