DevOps Engineer

Role: DevOps Engineer (DV Cleared)

Location: Worcester, UK (4/5 days on-site)

Salary: £60k + 10% Bonus

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a growing technology business delivering complex, cloud-native solutions across a range of sectors.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines
• Managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm or CloudFormation
• Working extensively with Kubernetes and containerised environments
• Driving automation, reliability and platform improvements
• Contributing to technical discussions and architectural decisions
• Enhancing observability through monitoring, logging and tracing

Key experience:

• Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native engineering background
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar CI/CD tooling
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Python or similar scripting languages
• DevOps best practices including automation, testing, secrets management and release processes
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Desirable:

• ArgoCD, Flux or other GitOps tools
• Prometheus, Grafana, Loki or ELK
• SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs)
• DevSecOps experience
• Event-driven architectures and messaging technologies
