This is a hands-on contract role focused on helping the leadership team build the foundations for future growth. You'll assess current ways of working, identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes, governance frameworks and accountability structures across the business.

  • Design and implement scalable operational frameworks to support future growth
  • Review and optimise client onboarding processes and customer journey workflows
  • Develop clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
  • Establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and decision making
  • Support leadership teams with operational planning and change management initiatives
  • Drive implementation of recommendations rather than simply producing reports

What you'll need

  • Strong track record helping growing businesses scale operationally
  • Experience designing and implementing SOPs, governance frameworks and operational processes
  • Ability to quickly assess operational challenges and prioritise improvement opportunities
