About the opportunity:

Our client is a growing B2B marketing agency that specialises in helping technology, engineering and clean energy businesses grow through data-driven marketing.

They are looking for a Junior HubSpot Specialist to join their CRM and Data team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, technology and problem solving and is looking to build a long-term career in CRM, marketing operations and marketing technology.

You'll work alongside experienced CRM consultants and data specialists, gaining hands-on experience with HubSpot and other leading CRM and marketing automation platforms. Full support, mentoring and training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop their technical and consulting skills.

The role

As a Junior HubSpot Specialist, you'll support the delivery of CRM, marketing data and technology projects for a range of B2B clients.

You'll help ensure client data is accurate, well managed and ready to support marketing and sales activity while developing your knowledge of CRM systems, reporting, automation and marketing technology.

  • Support CRM implementation and data migration projects.
  • Work alongside consultants and developers on technology integrations.
  • Help create documentation and deliver user training where appropriate.
  • Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and best practice.
  • Continue developing your knowledge through training and industry certifications.

About you:

We're looking for someone with curiosity, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You don't need to know everything on day one-we're looking for someone with strong foundations and the ambition to grow.

You'll ideally have:

  • Around 1-2 years' experience in a marketing, CRM, data, operations or agency environment.
  • An interest in CRM systems, marketing technology and data.
  • Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to your work.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative approach and a desire to learn from experienced colleagues.
