I am working with a growing SaaS business seeking a Software Development Manager to lead and develop an engineering team, driving code quality, performance and continuous improvement.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced software engineer looking to take the next step in their leadership career while remaining technically hands-on.

Key Skills:

Technical:

• Node.js / NestJS

• Vue.js

• SQL Server & Snowflake

• DevOps best practices, clean code and automated testing

Leadership:

• Experience leading and mentoring software engineers

• Performance management and team development

• Building scalable, secure and maintainable systems

• Driving engineering best practices and continuous improvement
