Role: Product Owner

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Manchester (Hybrid - 2 Days per Week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Owner to join a fast-growing digital business and help shape the development of new products. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Leadership teams, you'll drive delivery, manage priorities, and ensure successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise product backlogs and delivery plans
• Translate business requirements into actionable product tasks
• Support product roadmap planning and execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Manage reporting, dashboards, and operational processes
• Facilitate effective meetings and drive project delivery
• Resolve operational and technical challenges
• Ensure alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance

About You

• 3+ years' experience in a Product Owner, Product Operations, or similar role
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear
• Understanding of digital products, CRM systems, reporting, and tracking
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable

• Experience within regulated industries
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing or lead generation
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• Understanding of UX, attribution, pixels, and UTM tracking
